Review: The MindBody FX Lifestyle
The book is slow paced, which I like. Anyone who has every dieted knows that it takes time to shed the unwanted pounds, so a slower paced book might just be the key to keep your confidence up. (If a book is going faster than the pounds are dropping, you might get discouraged.)
MindBody does not only tell you to exercise. It starts will positive thoughts. Preparing yourself mentally for this challenge is the first step. Then you will want to focus on what weight you would like to be and create a new mindset that can fit that weight goal. Vitamines, water, support, postive thinking and a lot of sweat is the idea of this book.
Everyone knows that weight loss pills are not a good idea, and even the surgeries they offer now have their own downsides. Losing weight naturally is a healthier way to a healthier lifestyle. This is the only way I will personally ever go about losing weight, the natural way. It might take longer, but it is a lot healthier. I am very excited to see my results from dieting with this book. I think the positive thoughts they make you give out will be extreamly helpful to my progress.
The author of this book, Melonie Dodaro, is the CEO and founder of MindBody FX Weight Management Company Inc. She has 10 years of experience as the owner of many weight loss centers. With a family history of obesity, Dodaro is personally familiar with the struggles and success of weight loss.
